Big Bear’s award-winning Toastmasters Club, “Bearly Speaking”, is sponsoring its first Youth Leadership program for students in the Big Bear Home School Group. “We want to help kids learn how to communicate without using their thumbs,” smiled Steve Cain, Youth Leadership Coordinator.
