Reservations are still open for the San Bernardino County Museum’s Wildlife Art Festival’s opening reception, “An Evening with the Artists: Celebrating Adventures in the Natural World”. The reception will be held at the museum in Redlands on Friday, November 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person or $10 per Museum Association member. Riverside CA – On July 1, 2011, LA County Supervisors declared an environmental war on plastic bags by banning these “urban tumbleweeds” in the unincorporated areas of the county when previous measures to get people to recycle their plastic bags failed.
