 Arrowhead Springs Hotel and Spa
Nestled in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains and overlooking the San Bernardino Valley is the Arrowhead Springs Hotel and Spa. The location has three unique features: the Arrowhead on the side of the mountain, the natural springs, and the historic hotel.
Arrowhead Springs Hotel which was one of Hollywood's favorite get-away's in the 1940s and '50s.The Hotel is no longer open to the public and is currently undergoing renovations. You can find more information on the project at Arrowhead Conference & Events website.
 The Arrowhead springs have been known for centuries by local Indians and settlers as restorative waters. The spring waters have been considered some of the hottest springs in the world, boiling out at 196 to 202 degrees.
 According to a legend, the large arrowhead on the side of the mountain guided the Indians to the springs. The Arrowhead is void of natural vegetation and has been visible for hundreds of years. The Arrowhead is the source of many local names and icons, such as Lake Arrowhead and the County of San Bernardino's seal.
